The proposed project is a subdivision dividing the approximately 0.96-acre parcel into 3 lots with a private cul-de-sac street. The project also includes the approval of a Site Development Permit(s) for the site and architectural approval of the homes on the lots.
City Council Hearing DEFERRED
The proposed subdivision, previously scheduled for a public hearing before the City Council at the February 18, 2020 City Council meeting, has been DEFERRED to a later date. It will no longer be heard on that date. Staff will update this site as new information becomes available relative to an anticipated hearing date. Below are links to updated plans and photo simulations. As always, prior to any public hearing, a staff report will be posted, as well as a response to comments on the Mitigated Negative Declaration and any updated environmental documentation.
Site and Architectural Commission Meeting April 3, 2019
The applicant has voluntarily brought the proposed home designs for a proposed three lot subdivision before the Site & Architectural Commission for their review and recommendation to the City Council. The Proposed homes are single-story and range in size from 3,549 to 3,564 square feet each including an attached two-car garage.
In compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the City of Monte Sereno has undertaken environmental review for the proposed 3-Lot Subdivision and Site Development Permit(s) at 18081 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road, and intends to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration. The City of Monte Sereno invites all interested persons and agencies to comment on the proposed project.
